1. Custom Order Policy
All printing services are custom-made. Once the final proof is approved by the client and the printing process begins, orders cannot be returned or refunded due to the irreversible nature of customized production. This includes errors in content, design, or specifications that were present in the approved proof.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
Returns or reprints are only accepted if the final product:
- Deviates significantly from the approved proof.
- Contains manufacturing defects (e.g., binding errors, wrong materials).
- Was damaged during transit.
3. Claims Process
Any quality issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with supporting photos/evidence. Upon verification, Inkavora will offer a free reprint or a corresponding refund.
